Mike Edwards is a writer and performer from Teesside. He has performed poetry and spoken word at venues and events across the UK. He has a Masters Degree in Creative Writing from Northumbria University and has worked as a freelance writer and performer, delivering creative workshops in schools, prisons and community venues.
His debut Middle Grade book Riverskin was published by Walker, June 2025, with a second standalone book coming in 2026.
